Resilient Shield: 4 Month Coaching Program
The Resilient Warrior program is your complete, data driven transformation experience.
This four month journey integrates advanced lab testing, wearable technology and personalized coaching to rebuild your health from the ground up. Perfect for individuals facing metabolic issues, autoimmune concerns, chronic stress, burnout, sleep struggles or who want to radically upgrade performance and resilience. In order to receive a complete resilient coaching experience, you’ll need a baseline of labs and data pulled from devices you wear 24/7 or “wearables.” Additionally, after you complete your comprehensive intake personal assessment, you may choose to obtain additional labs either you obtain or through your provider/doctor.
Program highlights:
• (12) 60 minute coaching sessions.
• Personalized nutrition, sleep, stress & movement protocols that we assist you in creating.
• A roadmap where you decide your course to resiliency based your labs, wearable data, etc.
• Behavior change coaching to build long term habits.
• Ongoing accountability and progress tracking.
• Integration of your DNA + labs + HRV + CGM data.
• Direct collaboration with your primary care, functional medicine doctor, personal trainer, nutritionist, etc.
• In depth health & wellness education(nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, exercise, etc) on the latest research during each coaching session.
• You’re provided forms, guides, templates and utilizing tools within apps or wearables that reinforce your behavior change. You’ll have all the tools you need to make your habits stick.
• HSA/FSA eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity for your doctor(template we provide).
• A HIPAA secure client portal where all your medical data and information is stored properly and where you’ll privately & securely interact with your coach.

Function Health blood labs. FunctionHealth & Oura Labs are preferred.
DNA test from Nutrition Genome or DNACompany.
HeartMath Inner Balance Coherence Plus device.
Morpheus Recovery/HRV device.
Zoom account.
Practice Better account.
All corresponding mobile apps (Oura, Garmin, Stelo, Morpheus, HeartMath,Practice Better,etc)
Optional: **These are chosen by the client if desired after their comprehensive intake assessment and/or after lab results are in.
Continuous Glucose Monitor (Stelo is recommended). If fasting Insulin is over 6.0, CGM is recommended to identify foods causing insulin resistance.
ZRT Labs Adrenal Test(Cortisol & DHEA). If client presents multiple symptoms of adrenal dysfunction, client works with functional doctor to restore proper function.
GI360 lab. The GI360 provides a comprehensive analysis of pathogens, viruses, parasites and bacteria in the gastrointestinal system. If client presents multiple gut imbalance symptoms, client works with functional doctor to restore proper gut function using this or equivalent lab(s).

Why the real cost is often lower
Most clients already own a Garmin, Oura, or similar device, and many labs and tools are commonly HSA/FSA eligible. You can often pay for a large portion of this program with pre-tax dollars or through reimbursement using a Doctor’s Medical Necessity Letter, which we provide after enrollment.
