This page explains use of our marketing website and how we handle information shared through it. Your signed coaching agreement covers participation in coaching.
Terms of use
Education and coaching scope
Our website provides general education and information about health, wellness and resilience coaching. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy or personalized medical advice. Your licensed health care provider remains responsible for medical interpretation of tests, diagnosis and treatment. Seek appropriate professional guidance before making changes that require medical oversight.
Your choices and results
Coaching supports your goals and behavior change. You remain responsible for your choices and actions. Results vary, and testimonials describe individual experiences rather than guaranteed outcomes.
Registration and services
The website helps you explore and compare programs. Paid registration, payment, agreements, required forms, appointment scheduling and coaching communication take place through Practice Better. Discovery calls are booked through Calendly and held on Zoom.
Your selected program and signed coaching agreement govern session allowances, scheduling, cancellations and refunds. Website information does not replace that agreement. Please ask us about any discrepancy before purchasing.
Website materials and outside links
Our original text, branding and other materials belong to Every Day Is A Gift, LLC or their respective rights holders. Please obtain permission before reproducing or distributing them, except where applicable law permits use. Links to external services take you to sites with their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those services or guarantee their availability.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep information accurate and the website available, but errors or interruptions may occur. Contact us if you find an issue. Nothing on this page excludes liability, rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

When you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address and any name you choose to provide. When you contact us, we receive the contact details and information you include. We use this information to respond, manage your subscription and provide the resources or assistance you request.
Please do not submit health records, payment details or other sensitive information through the newsletter form. Use the Practice Better portal for coaching forms and client communication.
Website hosting and usage information
Squarespace hosts this website. To operate and protect the site, it processes technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and referring page. Site analytics may also record pages visited, clicks and visit times. Cookies and similar technologies support site operation and analytics. Your browser settings can limit cookies; blocking necessary cookies may affect features.
Email updates
Newsletter signups are stored in Squarespace Contacts. We use your subscription information to send the coaching tips, news and offers you requested. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us at info@everydayisagift.co. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential communications about services you purchased.
Booking, payments and coaching information
Practice Better processes information you provide for registration, payment and coaching through its platform and relevant service providers. Calendly processes discovery booking details, and Zoom provides the discovery meeting. Their terms and privacy policies apply to use of those services. Information shared with your coach is also subject to your coaching agreement and applicable law.
Sharing and security
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share information with service providers as needed to operate the website, manage subscriptions and deliver requested services, or when disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure.
Retention and your requests
We retain information as needed to provide services, manage subscriptions and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained under applicable requirements.
Children and policy updates
This website and its services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us. We may revise this page as our services or practices change; the update date appears above.
